I've been a member for ages, and unfortunately felt compelled to tell other potential customers not to get their hopes up. Over the last year I've had six (6!) consecutive orders cancelled after the sale went through – a few times after weeks of waiting and hundreds (sometimes 1000s) of $ being transferred. It is refunded of course, but after waiting, expecting for weeks and weeks, and then suddenly the item is 'not available'. There seems to be no accountability or trust system to actually follow through on a sale. No way to leave a review of the seller or contact them, either. After these multiple bad experiences, I wonder how many of these items are actually for sale, or whether there is something else going on. It's like shopping at an imaginary store. Quite a big waste of time, in my opinion better spent on other sites where you actually receive what you bought! :)
I bought a Louis Vuitton bag from them, I am now selling the same bag on theirs site, after sending it to them, they said they can not verify the authenticity of the bag. This is shocking! Even ask me to pay 12 euro to get the bag to be posted back to me. Avoid! Avoid at all cost!

Terrible experience - I purchased an item from Vestiaire, then re-listed it immediately as it was not as expected. I then get told by Vestiaire it is non compliant and I cannot sell it via them, when I bought the item via them in the first place!
Their customer service is terrible and it is impossible to resolve the issue. Very frustrating and disappointing situation

There was a technical issue with their system that both, I the buyer, and the seller tried tirelessly to solve. I had no reply to my emails, except a message sent to me in error addressed to the buyer saying I had been uncooperative and the transaction had to be cancelled. I complained and still no reply... That's not support that's incompetence... very disappointed
The updates on the site as well as the packaging and care taken during authentication is AMAZING!
I have purchased 3 items from Vestiaire collective and found the pricing fair with high quality. I am able to somewhat connect with the seller and get information that I need. For all the fees being charged to the seller (causing higher prices) it would be nice if there was a 24-72 hour return policy when buying from individual sellers.

Yes. It costs $20 to ship to the US and beware there is a purposeless $14.99 inspection fee. My item was damaged and not even the one listed and still passed "inspection" so $35 extra later...

This exact thing happened to me. Completely different top than what was posted. And it still passed their "inspection". I am still fighting with them to no avail. Good luck.
